Refund policy

At CHIZFIT LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. CHIZFIT LLC will cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Protein powders and nutritional supplements
  • Food items, including performance snacks
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

These items cannot be returned once shipped unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at chizfitwell@chizfitwell.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping
CHIZFIT LLC covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items
Some products are marked as “Final Sale” on the product page. These items are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons. However, they are still covered under our policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
