Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how you can change, cancel, or manage these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date.
  • Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails.

How to Cancel a Subscription:

  1. Open your order confirmation email.
  2. Click the “Manage Subscription” link.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription or modify the frequency as needed.
  4. Confirm your changes. You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is complete.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out-of-stock or not yet available.

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method. The remaining balance will be charged when the product becomes available.
  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before it is fulfilled.
  • Once fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund.

How to Cancel a Pre-order:

  1. Go to your order confirmation email.
  2. Click the “View Order” link.
  3. Select Cancel Pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled.
  4. Confirm cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Try Before You Buy

For try before you buy items:

  • Your payment method will be authorized before we fulfill your order.
  • You will have a specified period to decide whether to keep the item.
  • If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

How to Return a Try Before You Buy Item:

  1. Follow the return instructions included in your package.
  2. Ship the item back within the allotted trial period.
  3. Once received and inspected, the item will either be accepted (no charge) or kept (full charge applied).
